Sign up for Maverics

You can sign up for Maverics using Maverics Passwordless, Google, or Microsoft SSO. To use enterprise SSO, see Configure single sign on (SSO)

Signing up with Maverics Passwordless (powered by HYPR)

  1. To sign up with Maverics Passwordless, click Maverics Passwordless Account, enter your email address, and click the Continue button.

  2. You will receive an email from Maverics. Click Complete Registration.

  3. From the HYPR Device Manager screen, click Add New Login Method.

  4. The Add New Login Method modal appears. From here, you can configure your login method with the HYPR Mobile App or an on-device passkey.

  1. After adding your first login method, we recommend adding a backup login method. Click Add New Login Method to repeat the setup steps. Additionally, you can click Add New Login Method and use the tutorial link, Walk me through how to add a login method.
  2. After you’ve finished adding your login method, go back to Maverics and log in for the first time.

Onboarding

When signing up for the first time, you will be required to set up an onboarding session with a Strata representative. If you are already working with a Strata representative, you can contact your rep for an activation code to bypass the onboarding step.

After having your account activated, you can access your accounts and view your subscriptions.

What are passkeys?

Passkeys are like magic keys for logging into apps and websites, but instead of remembering passwords, you use your face, fingerprint, or a device like your phone. Passkeys are compatible with password managers such as 1Password or Bitwarden.

We recommend setting up login using the passkey method, as this provides the most seamless experience and has the widest compatibility.

Do I have to download an app to my device?

No. You can configure passkeys with HYPR, use social sign-in options with Google or Microsoft, or enterprise SSO.

I replaced or lost my authenticator for passkeys or my HYPR mobile app and I can’t sign in. What do I do?

If you no longer have access to the device you originally configured with Maverics Passwordless, contact Strata Support at [email protected] for account recovery.
